Adding someone never sends mail. Send invites is a separate action, and it does nothing until an email provider key is configured. The graph provider is configured. Mail still sends from emma@2meli.com.
Digests, agendas, claim conflicts, and status notes queue from emma@2meli.com. They stay queued until this is on. Magic-link sign-in and the Send invites button are still explicit sends.
Off by default. When this is on, a partner update merges only if the match is high confidence and already points at a project on the desk. New pursuits still wait in the review queue.
Only Nick and Jason can add or remove people. You can still send invites.
